April Fishing Report – Tahoe Sportfishing

April kept things moving on the water.

We wrapped up the month with 410 total fish caught, almost entirely Mackinaw, with just 1 Rainbow Trout in the mix.

The bite stayed consistent, and our captains continued to find steady action throughout the month. If you’re looking for Mackinaw, this is what we’re seeing day in and day out right now.

A 12 lb Mackinaw caught on April 25th with Captain Cesar (pictured below), one of the standout fish from April!

It’s been great to see the fishing continue to improve as the weather warms up, and we’re looking forward to carrying this momentum into the coming months.
