Size: 19.2 Pound / 38 Inch (to the fork) Mackinaw

Depth: 180 Feet

Customer: Stephanie Steinbacher

From: Williamsport, PA

When the fish took the hook it was clear that it was either a large fish or hooked away from the mouth. The fish started to move ahead of the boat and it was clear that it was a large fish, said Captain Zach Gordon. The fish swam ahead of the boat so fast, that the captain had to move the boat forward to catch up. Then 4 other lines had fish on. The other fishermen had to quickly land their fish to make space for the massive Mackinaw. The customer did a great job fighting the fish and was able to reel it in closer to the surface, but the fish then saw the net and dove down deeper. For a second it was heading for the prop, then the other lines but the customer kept her cool and followed the captain’s advice. Eventually, it was netted and landed by customer Stephanie Steinbacher from Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
