Our Private Charters are great for bachelor/bachelorette parties, family gatherings, corporate charters or for anyone who just wants to have the custom private charter experience!
Our skilled crew will take you to the fish, teach you everything you need to know to landing a fish from the lake, and clean and bag your fish! Lake Tahoe fishing includes Mackinaw, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, and Kokanee Salomon (July-September) while relaxing on beautiful Lake Tahoe! If you are interested in targeting a specific species a Private Charter is for you!
Your trip will provide everything you will need to fish including bait, tackle, poles, and refreshments like, water, soda, and beer.
Please let us know if you have additional requests for your Private Charter! You are more than welcome to bring any additional food or drinks with you…just no bananas!
• 6 Person Private Fishing Charter – 6 people – $900, $150 per additional angler + Fees and gratuity
• 8 Person Private Fishing Charter – 8 people – $1,200, $150 per additional angler + Fees and gratuity
• 10 Person Private Fishing Charter – 10 people – $1,500, $150 per additional angler + Fees and gratuity
Ride-Alongs: For those who want to come on the boat but don’t want to fish. – $105 – (Must have more fishing than ride-alongs per party).
Children 5 & are free with a paying adult. Expected to share a pole with a paying adult.
Gratuity: Never expected, always appreciated. Tips are based on your experience and typically range from 10-20%.
Don’t forget your CA or NV State Fishing License! All fisherman 16 & older are required to have a fishing license for either California or Nevada. If you don’t have one already, we sell the CA one-day and annual licenses in our Ski Run office!
The one-day license is $15.69 each and can be purchased when you check in for your charter.
How to Dress
We recommend that our customers dress in layers, so as to be prepared for all weather conditions. November through May can bring snow and/or rain and cold temperatures. Unlike weather in other parts of the country, cold weather here is a dry cold. Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen!
Limit 2 Mackinaw (Lake Trout) with a combined fish total of 5 fish altogether. Lake Tahoe also has German Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, and Kokanee Salmon (July – October)
